Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your CongreFlow account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Sign in to CongreFlow, go to Profile Settings, and choose Delete Account. Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to privacy@congreflow.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

The email address or phone number associated with your account
Whether you signed in via Google, Facebook, email, or phone

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
Your authentication credentials and social login connections
Any personal data you entered into the platform

Note: If you are part of a church organization, aggregate attendance records (without personal identifiers) may be retained for that organization's reporting purposes.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove CongreFlow's access to your Facebook account by visiting Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing CongreFlow. This revokes our access but does not automatically delete data already stored. Use one of the options above to fully delete your data.
