Terms of Service — CongreFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CongreFlow ("the Service"), operated by CongreFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including church administrators, staff, and volunteers.

2. Description of Service

CongreFlow is a cloud-based church management platform that provides member management, check-in, kiosk, attendance tracking, and third-party integrations (including Planning Center Online). The Service is provided on a subscription basis to church organizations ("Organizations").

3. Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
One account per user; you may not share credentials with others.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members' access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Upload, store, or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform without written permission
Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm individuals

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all member and organizational data you input into CongreFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your members before entering their personal information into the platform, in compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

6. Third-Party Integrations

CongreFlow may integrate with third-party services such as Planning Center Online, Google, and Facebook. Your use of those integrations is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.

7. Subscription & Billing

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice, at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@congreflow.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONGREFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
